What is a “Property Inspection” and what do we inspect?

Inspection of attic spaces, if accessible

Inspection of all accessible electrical panel boards and visible system components
HVAC Systems
Evaluation of accessible heating and cooling systems
Plumbing Systems
Inspection of accessible plumbing, including fixtures, water heaters, and supply piping. We highly recommend including a separate sewer line inspection, performed by a qualified specialist, as sewer issues are often hidden and can lead to costly repairs if undetected. (Need a referral? Interior Spaces
Examination of all accessible interior areas, including basements, bathrooms, and kitchens
(Note: Kitchen appliances and fire suppression systems are excluded and not tested.)Comprehensive Inspection Report

Each report typically ranges from 50 to 100 pages, providing a thorough breakdown of our findings. Organized by system and clearly labeled, our reports make it easy for you and any professionals you hire to quickly locate important information and plan next steps with confidence.
